Return Policy

1. Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at kanjihelp@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We prioritize hygiene standards for our products and any exchanges will be subject to a quality check before approval.


Please note that we reserve the right to decline a return if;

(1) the product/s are returned after use.

(2) the products are damaged.

We require 7-10 business days to process the exchange once we receive the returned item.

Exchanges can only be made for the same product for a different size and are subject to availability. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit valid for 1 month from the date of issue.

2. Refund

Cancellation and refund are not possible for any orders. In the case of a return, the amount will be credited back to you in the form of store credit.

If you receive a defective product, please visit our Refund & Exchange portal form or send images to kanjihelp@gmail.com and we will respond within 48 hours.

3. Store Credit

Store credit is a value that we offer you toward any purchase you make with KANJI. This credit is usually not transferable to other stores or brands, and our store credit is usually provided in the form of a coupon code that does not expire like temporary sales or promotions.
